For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully completed before the order is processed.

7. Order Cancellation

A cancellation request may be submitted before the order is dispatched or handed over to the delivery partner.

For eligible prepaid orders, an approved cancellation before dispatch may qualify for a refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation and refund requests due to change of mind, personal preference, or other non-product-related reasons will not be accepted.

For COD orders, cancellation may be accepted only before dispatch or handover to the delivery partner.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and other circumstances.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner, delivery is subject to the courier's delivery process.

9. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must contact Jerswear within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for such claims.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the package and shipping label
  • Show the complete unboxing process
  • Have no cuts or edits
  • Clearly show the issue with the product

Claims without a valid complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Jerswear does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Products that have been worn or washed
  • Products altered or damaged after delivery

Size exchanges are not available.

Approved damaged, defective, or wrong-product claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
